GTR33 Terms and Conditions — Official Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and GTR33 ("Platform", "We" or "GTR33") regarding the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the GTR33 brand.

Acceptance of these Terms occurs automatically when you:

• Registering a new account at gtr33
• Making any deposit or financial transaction on the platform
• Using any game, feature, or service available at gtr33
• Continuing to use the platform after any amendment to the terms has been announced

GTR33 reserves the right to amend, add or remove any provision of these Terms at any time. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the member's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.

2Member Eligibility

To use GTR33 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. GTR33 does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register or use our platform in any capacity.
• Location: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of GTR33 services does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your region.
• Legal Capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into and comply with this binding agreement.
• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at gtr33. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

3Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, phone number, date of birth, and any other information needed for identity verification purposes.

GTR33 implements a strict KYC process to ensure the safety of all members and the integrity of the platform. Documents that may be requested during verification include:

• Valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Additional documents related to the payment method used

You agree that GTR33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if the information provided is found to be false, incomplete or misleading. All personal information collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy GTR33.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

GTR33 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysian users, including local bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost, as well as other digital payment methods available at the relevant time.

Deposit: All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. gtr33 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, payment providers may apply their own charges beyond our control.

Withdrawal: GTR33 processes withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as stated in the Payments section of the platform. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit.

• Deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes — GTR33 reserves the right to decline withdrawals of deposits that have not been used for gameplay
• GTR33 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving large withdrawal amounts
• All financial transactions are recorded and can be reviewed in your account history
• GTR33 is not liable for any delays caused by the member's bank or third-party payment providers

5Bonus & Promotion Policy

GTR33 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, seasonal promotions and exclusive VIP offers. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the Promotions.

General terms applicable to all gtr33 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used for gameplay until the specified rollover requirement is met.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated. gtr33 reserves the right to void duplicate bonus claims suspected to result from abuse.
• Right to Amend: GTR33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Game Rules

All games available on the gtr33 platform — including live casino, slots, fish shooting, sports betting, and betting — are operated in accordance with the rules and procedures set by the respective game providers and gtr33's policies.

• All game results are final once recorded by the system. gtr33 will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of proven technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during gameplay, GTR33 will settle wagers based on the valid system records at the time the disruption occurred.
• GTR33 reserves the right to void any wager suspected of involving fraud, exploitation of system vulnerabilities or collusion with other parties.
• All sports bets are subject to odds verification rules, and gtr33 reserves the right to reject or limit bets that exceed the set limits.
• The use of any automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or unauthorized methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

7Member Conduct

GTR33 expects all members to maintain responsible, respectful and lawful conduct throughout their use of the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening, or insulting language toward the support team or other members
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt gtr33's systems or infrastructure
• Using another member's personal information without authorization
• Spreading false or misleading information about gtr33
• Any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or using someone else's account

GTR33 reserves the right to take action — including warnings, temporary suspension or permanent account termination — against any member who violates these provisions.

8Account Security

GTR33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-grade security infrastructure to protect member data and accounts. However, you are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account on your end:

• Use a strong and unique password for your GTR33 account — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for an additional layer of protection
• Do not log in to your GTR33 account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account to gtr33 support immediately

9Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Member: You may close your GTR33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Suspension by gtr33: GTR33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Requirements to comply with instructions from authorities or regulatory bodies
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

In cases of closure due to fraud or serious violations, GTR33 reserves the right to forfeit all related balances, bonuses and winnings without any refund.

10Limitation of Liability

GTR33 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption. However, GTR33 is not liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or power outages beyond our control
• Losses arising from a member's negligence in maintaining their account security
• Game outcomes or bets placed by members — all bets are entirely the personal responsibility of the member
• Content or policies governed by third-party game or payment providers
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the gtr33 platform

11Terms Amendment

GTR33 reserves the right to modify, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with a clear update date.

Continued use of the gtr33 platform following any announced amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

For amendments involving material changes to member rights, GTR33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via registered email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
